Last week I wrote about why it would be beneficial for President Obama to go to Copenhagen. According to Reuters:
“U.S. President Barack Obama said on Monday he would travel to Copenhagen next month if a climate summit is on the verge of a framework deal and his presence there will make a difference in clinching it.”
The attendance of the President at the Copenhagen summit would be a symbol to the world that the US is ready to take a leading role in solving the climate crisis.
